A DRAFTING TABLE (also drawing table, drawing board or
architect's table) a kind of multipurpose desk which can be used for any kind
of drawing, writing or sketching on a large sheet or for drafting precise
technical illustrations.

The drawing table used to be a frequent companion to a
pedestal desk in a gentleman's study or private library, during the pre-industrial .
After the evolution of periods the architects are also evolved and the style of architects and the chief mateirls used by architects are also evolved like wise the first evolution is the drafting board .

In the olden days like in the top fig the architects used to stand and draft or sketch while the evolution happened the standing architects are gone to sit and draft more comfortable ..
In this century the drafting board are gone and the newest invention of 3d software are arrived to make the spirit of the drafting in architecture and to know the power of drafting my first design in ma college is to design a drafting board for my anthropometry !!
AIM : TO DESIGN A DRAFTING BOARD FOR MY ANTHROPOMETRY AND AS A ARCHITECTURAL STUDENT WANT TO KNOW THE BASICS OF MODEL MAKING SKILLS .
